No under 18s will be admitted if unaccompanied by a responsible adult and no more than 4 under 18s for every one adult over 25. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy at the bar areas. Please note parking must be booked in advance. How many parking vouchers should I purchase? 1 voucher per car. Do you offer overnight parking? Overnight parking is not permitted. If you’re purchasing a weekend festival ticket and wish to park your car both days, please book one Saturday parking voucher and one Sunday parking voucher. Do you offer blue badge parking? Yes. Blue badge parking is free of charge, but you must book a voucher in advance to reserve a space. Blue badge must be displayed on arrival. FAQs What is your re-entry policy? There is no re-entry to the site once you have entered the event. Please make sure you have everything you need with you. If you need to re-enter the event for exceptional circumstances, please contact info@partyatthepalace.co.uk . Can I bring food and drinks? Yes, you may bring your own picnic to the event - guidelines will be published soon. Please do not bring tables but it is fine to bring blankets and folding chairs (only allowed in marked zones). You are allowed to bring in non-alcoholic drinks in a sealed bottle up to 500mls. Strictly no glass bottles, no glassware and no alcohol. Can I bring a bag? Please don’t bring a bag unless it is absolutely essential. Those who need to bring bags will be separated into bag search lanes and may be delayed entry as a result of these. Please note that there are no storage lockers available at the event. Can I bring my dog? No, strictly no pets anywhere on site. What can I expect at security? The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to ticket holders who arrive at the event drunk or who are behaving in an antisocial manner. Anyone found with flares, smoke devices, fireworks or pyrotechnics will be handed over to Police Scotland. Lets’ Rock / Party At The Palace operates a zero tolerance drugs policy. Illegal drugs and herbal/legal highs are not permitted. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be refused entry to the festival and will be handed over to Police Scotland. What other items are prohibited? No tents, pop-up tents or gazebos of any kind. No professional camera/video/audio equipment with removable lenses. No drones. Strictly no glass anywhere on site.
